Lantana Residence explores the relationship between natural light and privacy through a large-format dichroic glass sliding door. The project redefines the threshold between inside and outside, creating a colour effect that shifts with the viewing angle and the time of day.
The panels are 3.2 metres tall in a laminated configuration, with a metallised PVB interlayer producing tones that run from gold to violet. The black steel structure contrasts with the ethereal quality of the glass, anchoring the composition to the tropical ground.
